Our industrial pH electrode is specifically designed to overcome these obstacles, providing exceptional performance, durability, and accuracy for reliable process control.

 

This robust pH sensor features a broad measuring range of 0 to 14 pH, making it suitable for a wide variety of applications. At its core, a low-impedance cylindrical glass membrane ensures fast and stable response times. The advanced Ag/AgCl reference system, with a double salt bridge and KCl gel, prevents sample contamination, ensuring the probe remains stable and reliable even in conditions where traditional single-junction electrodes are prone to fouling.

 

Engineered for durability, this industrial pH electrode operates continuously in temperatures from 0°C to 80°C and pressures up to 6 bar. For more demanding applications, it can withstand temperatures up to 100°C for continuous periods of less than 60 minutes, with a high-temperature version rated for up to 135°C. It has been rigorously tested to endure over 40 high-temperature cycles, proving its long-term reliability.
